I was so happy to see this old japanese house downtown. Though small , it looks grand amid the cold , featureless modern buildings that surrounds it.

This is a remnant of my izumi festival photos and I know I’ve already shown you many yukata pictures but I personally like this photo very much. The simple beauty and grace of these 2 young ladies are so refreshing compared to many fully made-up beauties. I remember my youth, hahhhh!!

Houses here are mostly gray and dark that whenever I see a lively colored house I feel happy. This is not actually a home thoough , but a small restaurant .

Sometimes the coast guard allows us ..land people to visit their floating abode. This is inside one of their ships docked at the tzuchizaki port area .
A tribute to the brave men who guards our seas from people like ” capt. jack sparrow ” and ” davie jones ” !!
